Monday. I am trying to optimize the PCR primers for this stupid exon, so I have set up a logic-puzzle grid of primer combinations and the PCRs are in the cooker right now. I still have another three hours before they pop out again though, so I have quite a long break.
TheSuperficial's server is down, which means that I can't read it or Geekologie until they get a new one. What makes this situation even worse is that I finished reading the archives of Piled Higher and Deeper over the weekend. I think I might have to start reading Cecilia's blog.
I'm really hungry, so I'm going to go forrage for food. Also possibly wander around Duke's West Campus and pretend it's Princeton.
